Glisten Water is a well-established and expanding Legionella control and water treatment company that supplies services to a large portfolio of clients and is actively seeking the services of a competent sales/service person around the London/South area.
We are looking for someone with a good working knowledge of commercial water systems, supplies and water regulations governing these; someone with sales experience and good communication skills, both written and verbal.
The Sales/Service Manager role is field based and reporting to the Managing Director, you will primarily have great account management skills and a customer service focus.
Initially, the role will be split 50:50 between sales and service to help develop the area further, although it is envisaged that this will only be for a short period of time.
Carrying out monthly service visits; surveys of water systems and supplies; collating and producing comprehensive reports; attending meetings with clients to discuss findings of reports; ensuring work is completed within time frame and dealing with issues effectively. This will be covering existing customer sites and travel around the south of the country will be required on an ongoing basis.
With the support of our experienced sales team based in Leeds, who will make sales appointments, you will help build on the existing portfolio of customers, with a view to recruiting further team members as this customer base grows.

Basic salary: Initially circa £30,000 per annum for the ideal candidate, which can be reviewed based on performance on an ongoing basis.
A quarterly commission scheme is also available for any new business gained
